Ingredients

1. Ground Meat of Choice (good options are beef, chicken, turkey or wild game)

2. Cooking oil of choice ( I prefer a high-heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

3. To taste:

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Chili Powder

  • Cayenne Powder

  • Garlic Powder

  • Paprika Powder

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine raw ground meat with to-taste amount of each seasoning.

2. In a skillet, to properly sized to fit quantity of ground meat, heat 2 tablespoons (more as needed) on medium heat on stovetop until at smoking point.

3. Brown seasoned meat in skillet.

4. Use Multi-Purpose Ground Meat wherever ground meat maybe required, e.g. stuffed bell peppers, spaghetti Bolognese sauce, tacos, etc.
